By using Hoppa! apps or services, you automatically agree to these Privacy & Terms. Hoppa! Technologies B.V. can process usage data, account data, and route usage data to deliver and improve the service.

We use Google services to calculate routes as accurately as possible. Route outcomes may still vary by traffic, map changes, disruptions, device state, or third-party service behavior.

Hoppa! Technologies B.V. and 24/7 UpKeep B.V. are not liable for inaccuracies, delays, service disruptions, or navigation outcomes. We do our best to keep the app up to date.

We monitor app interactions (including click behavior) for service quality, fraud prevention, and abuse detection. In incognito mode, route history is not stored; only saved routes remain available.

Payments are generally non-refundable, unless Hoppa! decides a refund is justified. Available payment methods are shown on the payment page.

We may suspend, block, or ban accounts/devices and may refuse service delivery, including for active subscriptions, in case of abuse, policy breaches, or security risks.
